Associate Operations Processor Responsibilities

• Executes a range of operational duties related to low to moderately complex processes or functions.
• Assumes responsibility for the entire process, overseeing it from the receipt of work through resolution and closure.
• Coordinates information across diverse operational areas and engages with customers, utilizing multiple online systems for task execution.
• Responsibilities encompass receiving and reviewing incoming work, contacting relevant resources as necessary, entering transactions into the RIDS application, ensuring meticulous verification, and resolving intricate customer/client requests utilizing various resources and records.

Essential Qualification

• Holds a university degree in Business, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Possesses 0 to 1 year of experience in banking/financial services.
• Demonstrates proficiency in alphanumeric data entry and possesses excellent typing skills with an accuracy rate of 98% or higher.
• Possesses robust analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, coupled with effective written and verbal communication abilities.
• Adaptable to working during US operational hours, specifically in the India night shift.

Required Qualification

• Has 6+ months of operational experience or its equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.

• Possesses working knowledge in quality or equivalent experience in back-office processing.
