Analyst Job Responsibilities
- Vigilantly oversee and verify crucial data attributes pivotal to significant investing decisions at GSAM.
- Conduct daily verification of security prices within GSAM portfolios across all accounts, ensuring accurate setup and valuation of securities.
- Manage and mitigate risks linked to abnormal prices and securities, prioritising, pursuing, and escalating resolutions as necessary.
- Address and resolve standard product reference data issues affecting downstream systems through thorough investigation and resolution.
- Collaborating with internal counterparts, including Traders, Portfolio Teams, Trade Management groups, and Controllers.
- Leveraging problem-solving skills, serve as a central point of contact and escalation for GSAM business inquiries related to product setup and pricing.
- Advance within a robust team, cultivating a profound understanding of products and intricate transactions through collaboration with their business partners.
Analyst Job Qualification
- Possess expertise and experience in the field of financial services.
- Demonstrated success in making significant contributions within a dynamic team environment.
- Attentive to detail and proficient in multitasking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with a focus on Excel.
- While not mandatory, preference is given to candidates with knowledge of data and pricing.
