Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure data safety by creating copies of the database. Confirm backup file integrity. Recover the database to a specific point when needed.
- Documentation of SQL Server Processes, with a preference for Microsoft DevOps experience.
- Preference for candidates with experience in SQL and database queries.
QA Tester Skills
- Basic to intermediate familiarity with MS SQL Server, encompassing comprehension of associated features and tasks.
- Leveraging SQL Server AlwaysOn for high availability and employing robust database backup and restore strategies for data integrity and resilience.
- Implementing SQL Server Failover Cluster for enhanced reliability. Managing SQL Server full-text indexes to optimize search capabilities. Creating and overseeing SQL Server Agent Jobs for efficient task automation.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Windows Server, encompassing understanding of associated features and tasks.
- Establishing Windows Failover Cluster for enhanced system reliability. Configuring Windows Cluster for seamless collaboration and resource management. Implementing Windows Event Log Filtering for streamlined monitoring and analysis.
- Setting up and overseeing Windows Task Scheduler for efficient task automation and management.
