HR executive Job Responsibility
- Address and resolve employees’ queries, including those related to salary and labour regulations.
- Lead the HR department’s recruiting strategy, overseeing all crucial details of the hiring procedures.
- Establish and execute smart training programs, conducting essential orientation activities for new hires.
- Plan and schedule management seminars and sessions for employee development.
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests, providing necessary assistance.
- Strategize and implement effective employee benefits programs, contributing to rewards and recognition initiatives.
Skills Required
- Possesses excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to work from the office five days a week.
