Software Engineer Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers to grasp project requirements, assess and validate the architecture, craft and evaluate designs, and proficiently develop and deliver top-notch automation solutions.
- Create streamlined automation solutions by leveraging programming languages, Rest APIs, and RPA Tools to ensure efficiency in development.
- Generate comprehensive documentation at every stage of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Revise and uphold Developer Standards pertaining to best practices in Automation.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to colleagues through activities such as code reviews, development sessions, and pair-programming sessions.
- Explore and document improved practices and alternative solutions for potential future development.
Software Engineer Job Requirements
- Possess a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline, either at the bachelor’s or master’s level.
- Showcase proven expertise as an Automation Engineer or in a comparable role.
- Bring over 5 years of hands-on experience in software development, utilizing proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, JavaScript, and others.
- Possess a strong grasp of Relational Databases, REST APIs, and Web services.
- Demonstrate expertise in one or more RPA platforms, including but not limited to Automation Anywhere, UiPath, and MS Power Automate.
- Energetic enthusiasm for intelligent automations and associated technologies.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills, showcasing the ability to tailor messages and create presentations suitable for diverse audiences.
