Assistant Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee campaign planning for channels and categories, ensuring strategic alignment.
- Develop a monthly CRM marketing calendar, incorporating sales, topical events, and brand-level initiatives.
- Manage channel budgets, including expenditures, coupons, and SaaS costs, and conduct revenue forecasting accordingly.
- Coordinate with key internal functions such as Category, Content, and Creative teams.
- Spearhead initiatives to acquire new and repeat customers, driving customer engagement.
- Conduct category-wise sales analytics to identify trends and extract valuable business insights.
Assistant Manager Qualification
- Preferably hold an MBA degree.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM/Retention Marketing within the E-commerce sector.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using data and metrics to inform and justify decisions.
- Showcase organizational skills, flexibility, and a track record of delivering results in a dynamic environment.
- Exhibit a strong bias for action and adeptness in prioritizing tasks with various stakeholders.
- Have a genuine understanding of and passion for the E-commerce industry.
