Technical Program Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end technical programs, managing requirements, navigating launch processes, and ensuring streamlined operations by resolving challenges and maintaining efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Management, and ODM Program Management teams to define, prioritize, and execute features, infrastructure, processes, and workflows.
- Serve as the central coordinator, scheduling and leading status meetings, and effectively communicating progress within and across engineering teams.
- Take charge of enhancing existing product development and software release processes, working collaboratively with engineering and product management leaders to refine workflows and optimize efficiencies.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or possess equivalent experience).
- Bring a minimum of 8 years of experience in developing and leading complex software projects.
- Demonstrate a consistent track record of exceptional organizational skills, strong listening abilities, and attention to detail in dynamic environments with shifting priorities and changing requirements.
- Exhibit the ability to think strategically for the long term and to foster consensus for successful program outcomes.
- Possess hands-on experience working with Hardware Platforms.
