Business Development Executive Responsibilities

- Drive the sale of visibility and growth products to operators, contributing to their expansion on the redBus platform.
- Source discounts that enhance bus operator occupancy rates, supporting their profitability.
- Communicate new product developments to bus operators, ensuring effective utilization.
- Manage on-ground marketing activities strategically to boost the business of bus operators.
- Share market updates, gather feedback, and report issues regularly to the manager for informed decision-making.
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Any graduate (MBA preferred).
- Professional Experience: Possess 2-5 years of experience in FMCG, Paints, Consumer Durables, or Internet E-commerce.
- Travel Commitment: Willingness to travel extensively, spending 18 days per month in the market.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction and negotiation.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Product Understanding: Ability to comprehend technical products and articulate them in simple terms for users in various situations.
- Language Skills: Good command of both the local language and English to facilitate effective communication.
