Mastercard Software Engineer Responsibilities
- Design and create user interfaces for modern Rich Internet Applications using cutting-edge NodeJS Front End Technologies like Stencil, Angular, React, or Vue.
- Execute product analysis and development tasks, addressing increasingly complex challenges through extensive research and analysis.
- Develop application code and unit tests utilizing Angular, Rest Web Services, Spring Boot, and Java technologies.
- Ensure the creation of high-performance, secure, and scalable applications.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in HTML, CSS, and JS, producing cross-browser-compatible code.
- Lead the design and development of micro-services using Spring Boot on Cloud.
- Integrate content feeds seamlessly via API, JSON, XML, and RSS from both internal and external sources.
Requirements
- Possess a graduation degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Accumulate 2+ years of practical experience using JavaScript build tools such as grunt, gulp, etc.
- Showcase hands-on design and development expertise on Cloud platforms, with an additional advantage if exposed to Pivotal Cloud Foundry.
- Exhibit familiarity with testing frameworks, including JUnit, Jest, Jasmine.
- Demonstrate strong ethical values, fostering high team trust.
- Capable of working effectively as a member of a matrix-based, diverse, and geographically distributed project team.
- Showcase strong communication skills, both verbal and written, emphasizing relationship-building, collaboration, and organizational abilities.
