Consultant Associate Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain custom product demonstrations for Mindtickle, including demo scripts and scenarios.
- Provide technology support and guidance to both internal and external stakeholders throughout the purchase and implementation process.
- Stay informed about Mindtickle’s product roadmap to effectively showcase features during demos and trials.
- Respond to RFI/RFP documents with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Stay current on competitive analyses to understand differentiators between Mindtickle and its competitors.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, including Product, Customer Success, Marketing, Cloud Ops, and Technical Support.
- Understand the business and technical problems addressed by Mindtickle’s product, including key regulations, evolving business needs, and security considerations.
- Capture insights from existing clients through Win-Loss analysis to establish best practices for future sales processes and deployments.
Skills Required
- 0-2 years of experience in pre-sales or consulting roles.
- Familiarity with enterprise software and/or SaaS solutions.
- Documented experience in delivering customer presentations and demonstrations.
- Proficient understanding of MS Office applications.
- Ability to engage and interact effectively with executives.
