Analyst Job Responsibility
- Handle transactions with high accuracy, emphasising disbursement, settlement, and monthly interest servicing.
- Expertise in GIFT CITY products like ECB, Term Loan, Buyer’s Credit, BA & RA finance.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with evolving regulations.
- Active participation in Core Banking projects, including UAT and new product launches.
- Identify cost reduction opportunities through automation.
- Collaborate with CSD & Branches for efficient services.
- Act as the primary contact for simple inquiries, escalating complex issues.
- Liaise with Business teams, CSD, Branches, and Credit for timely deliverables.
- Ensure accurate and timely transaction processing, adhering to set procedures.
- Proactively resolve alerts and stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
- Adhere to Bank policies.
- Assist in day-to-day operations, resolving queries, and ensuring timely reports.
Analyst Skills Required
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Sound knowledge in loan operations.
- Good interpersonal skills for effective communication.
- Understanding of basic banking products.
- Familiarity with local regulations.
- Graduate and/or Post Graduate.
- Regulatory certification preferred.
