Responsibilities
- Achieve individual pre-order and test ride targets.
- Enhance customer experience at the experience center (EC).
- Deliver clear and informative pitches to customers.
- Provide comprehensive test ride experiences, highlighting key features.
- Offer information on Financing Options and Subscriptions.
- Assist customers in placing pre-orders, either at the EC or online.
- Collect customer feedback via microsite for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all customer queries are addressed before leaving the EC.
- Gather customer feedback for profiling purposes.
- Conduct detailed delivery briefings for superior customer experience.
- Update customer details on the FAME portal during delivery.
- Provide delivery feedback through the microsite for improvement.
- Implement SOPs rigorously to minimize contingencies.
- Integrate lessons learned into SOP improvements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Keep Order Management System and Floor Staff Tool updated for accurate reporting.
- Efficiently manage and maintain assets at the EC.
- Cultivate a great customer experience at AtherSpace.
- Participate in Customer Engagement/ PR/ Local Activation activities to expand reach.
Requirements
- Passionate about automobiles and eager to stay updated on industry trends.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Ability to communicate in a regional language is preferred.
- Ideally holds a graduate degree in Science/Engineering, but technology know-how can compensate.
