Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Track progress and identify/resolve obstacles to minimize disruptions
- Prepare status and technical content for CIPT and upper management
- Analyze data and develop solutions to optimize performance
- Collaborate with IPT members and authorities on hardware investigations
- Support Class 1 and Class 2 engineering change execution
- Maintain and present progress reports relating to project business aspects
- Assist in risk assessments and mitigation plans execution
- Identify and address project problems, recommending resolutions
- Facilitate project tasks alignment with overall objectives across functional organizations
Requirements
- Experience in Aerospace Industry
- Previous gas turbine experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, Teamcenter, SAP, MS Project, or other scheduling software
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to promote teamwork
