Responsibilities
- Oversee incentive and bonus computation for South CD WL1ABC to ensure timely rollout.
- Serve as data anchor for mid- and year-end Developmental Forums, tracking moves, promotions, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
- Lead initiatives to promote cross-laning talent to organized trade and enhance gender diversity at WL1ABC.
- Collaborate with BHRE counterpart to drive people and capability development for future channels and expertise functions.
- Develop and implement succession planning and cross-laning programs for top talent grooming.
- Drive Well-being agenda within the branch.
- Ensure statutory and CAD compliance for the South Branch.
- Manage BBSM union engagement and staff payroll.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Data Analytics required.
- Minimum 2 years of HR work experience.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Demonstrated capability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience in designing and delivering initiatives from inception to completion.
- Exceptional attention to detail, rigor, and data management skills.
- Effective communication skills with diverse audiences.
