Data Analyst Job Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor the team in best practices for data handling.
- Review and provide feedback on deliverables before sharing with customers.
- Manipulate and transform data as needed.
- Develop easy-to-understand analytical reports for US healthcare customers.
- Design and construct interfaces facilitating workflows between Data Activation Platform and client third-party systems, adhering to standards and industry best practices.
- Define and document best practices and message specifications thoroughly.
- Monitor and optimize interface configurations for high availability post deployment in production environments.
Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in an analytics role within a data services/product firm.
- Proficiency in data modeling with knowledge of various concepts.
- Strong SQL skills for ETL processes; familiarity with Python scripting is advantageous.
- Self-driven, curious, accountable, thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical and non-technical information.
- Expert problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Skilled in managing multiple high-priority customer engagements simultaneously.
- Capable of understanding complex client requirements and devising integration solutions.
- Competence in mentoring junior team members and promoting industry best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science; advanced degree is a plus.
