Responsibilities
- Collaborate with recruiters and coordinators to anticipate upcoming hiring volumes for both campus and experienced hires, ensuring smooth onboarding processes.
- Coordinate internally with team members and other ELE groups to maintain quality and meet SLAs for all deliverables.
- Partner with various teams within Talent and other departments (Acquisition, Operations, Learning & Development, Payroll, Technology, external vendors) to address candidate pre-onboarding and post-onboarding queries/issues.
- Prioritize the Deloitte candidate experience and seek continuous improvement.
- Establish and enforce high standards for quality deliverables.
Requirements
- 0-1 year of professional experience in onboarding or related business processes.
- Undergraduate degree (BCom, BA, BSc, BCA).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Effective listener and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects with virtual teams.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); macro knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to work virtually and multitask.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Experience working independently on multiple assignments or engagements.
