HR Executive Responsibilities
- Provide end user support for accurate employee data management.
- Support all HRIS aspects: requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and deployment.
- Possess expertise in Talent Management systems (e.g., Oracle) and Employee data management for consulting HR business partners and end user support.
- Collaborate with IT/Tech teams for HRIS/HRMS implementation and upgrade plans.
- Anticipate Business & Project needs by fostering effective relationships with peers and stakeholders.
- Understand work expectations, timelines, and effort requirements, maintaining high attention to detail under pressure.
- Ensure compliance with risk management requirements during employee data maintenance and onboarding.
- Conduct data audits to resolve reporting/data entry discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain process documents and reports as required by the business.
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving and data management skills with the ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated personal drive and positive work ethic to meet tight deadlines and handle demanding situations effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to various engagement types, working hours, and environments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adjust communication style for different audiences.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables and suggest process improvements.
- Experience with Service Request modules in the HR domain preferred.
- Proficiency in Employee Data Management and familiarity with HRMS/HRIS tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, Taleo, Workday).
