Responsibilities
- Rapid troubleshooting of production issues.
- Extensive experience with RHEL servers.
- Provide L2/L3 support for Windows and VMware environments.
- Proficient in maintaining and troubleshooting Windows Servers.
- Expertise in log monitoring and analysis for proactive issue prevention.
- Hands-on knowledge of Docker for software containerization.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
- Work experience in L2/L3 application support.
- Collaborate with support teams for prompt incident resolution.
- Coordinate with the development team for L3 issue resolution.
Requirements
- 2+ years of work experience.
- Proficient in Linux operating system.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience with Windows VMware environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure platform.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including 24×7.
- Proficient in shell scripting.
- Working knowledge of Azure is considered an asset.
- Skilled in incident resolution to meet client SLAs.
- Certified in ITIL Foundation V3 or V4.
- Expertise in SQL queries.
- Experience troubleshooting Hyper-V and Failover clustering.
