Priority Relationship Manager Responsibilities

  • Strengthen relationships with Priority Customers to increase share of wallet and revenues.
  • Deliver professional customer service to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Manage portfolio to mitigate attrition risks and maintain book stability.
  • Generate new business to meet defined targets for customer acquisition, volumes, and revenue.
  • Achieve set targets for product mix.
  • Conduct inductions for all new customers acquired by Branches and direct Sales team.
  • Attain “best in class” productivity to enhance sales process effectiveness.
  • Meet budgeted cross-sell targets.
  • Develop sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals.
  • Ensure coverage of the customer base according to approved contact plans.
  • Coordinate customer events for the cluster in collaboration with the product team.
  • Maintain awareness of money laundering prevention and KYC policies; report suspicious transactions promptly.
  • Comply with operational risk, sales processes, and misselling policies.
  • Adhere to Group Code of Conduct.
  • Promote Here for Good and Group’s brand and values.
  • Fulfill other assigned responsibilities under Group, Country, Business, or Functional policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Graduate/Post Graduate with a track record of academic excellence.
  • 2 to 5 years of substantial sales experience.
  • Strong focus on sales and achievement of targets.
  • Quick grasp of new concepts.
  • Enthusiastic about meeting and engaging with new customers.
  • Awareness of the competitive landscape and ability to benchmark.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship building.
  • Proficient in banking knowledge.
  • Skilled in management information systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with a strong orientation towards service.
