Client Consulting Analyst Responsibilities
- Contribute to enhancing VCA’s Digital consulting offerings and engagement delivery within the INSA region, focusing on helping Visa clients enhance payment security and growth across digital channels.
- Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with senior executives of client organizations through impactful Digital consulting engagements.
- Collaborate with peers across various functional areas such as product, marketing, risk, and innovation to execute projects effectively, leveraging Visa’s extensive resources.
- Develop client proposals and project plans, delineating dependencies, roles, responsibilities, scope, and deliverables.
- Assist in delivering project engagements by preparing project materials like interview guides, data requirements, and frameworks.
- Conduct comprehensive industry research using Visa and partner resources, as well as insights from colleagues, to identify global best practices relevant to client challenges.
- Continuously expand knowledge and generate thought leadership pieces to contribute to practice development.
- Create compelling presentations to convey findings, ideas, and recommendations within consulting engagements and beyond.
- Support Thought Leadership initiatives concerning the future of payment for clients and partners.
- Assist in promoting Digital VCA solutions and contribute to the development of Global Digital solutions, capabilities, and credentials.
Requirements
- Ideal candidates should have digital consulting experience and a strong interest in the payments industry, eager to work alongside an experienced team to deepen their understanding.
- Candidates should be client-focused, capable of managing projects end-to-end, and excited about influencing clients’ future performance.
- Qualifications include a Graduate Degree in Any Discipline with 4 years of experience or a Postgraduate degree in Management/Science with 3 years of experience from a top-tier institution.
- Essential skills sought after include expertise in payments/banking/strategy/process consulting with top-tier firms or in payments/retail banking/strategy units within leading banks.
- Candidates should demonstrate a good understanding of the digital payments industry landscape, consumer trends, and regulatory changes locally and globally, as well as digital trends in financial services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, collaborative teamwork, exceptional presentation skills, self-motivation, and results-driven mindset are required.
- Experience in analytics, customer experience design, and a willingness to travel (10%+) are preferred.
