Product Technical Analyst Roles & Responsibilities

• Join Zycus Procurement Applications as a Product Technical Analyst specialising in Source to Pay.
• Be an integral part of the Zycus Support Desk, acting as the primary contact for customers regarding inquiries or issues related to Zycus products. Responsively handle phone calls, emails, and chat sessions to address customer concerns.
• Support the Technical Account Management Team by ensuring prompt delivery of deliverables, streamlining workflows, and resolving customer issues through collaboration with diverse Zycus and customer teams, aiming for utmost customer satisfaction.
• Engage with both internal and external stakeholders, participating in and overseeing testing processes like User Acceptance Testing.
• Participate in and contribute expertise regarding best practices (tools/processes), automation strategies, and innovative ideas to enhance customer experience, reduce manual efforts, and suggest procedural enhancements.
• Evaluate and propose inventive solutions and alternatives to address client requirements.
• Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel, incident management tools, Zycus product configuration, and related technologies for effective performance.
• Have a strong technical understanding of the Zycus product, capable of articulating and demonstrating how the Zycus Solution can be customised to meet individual customer business needs.
