Project Structural Coordinator Responsibilities
- Oversees the checking and supervision of design output to ensure clarity, achievability, and conformity to preferred methods, facilitating efficient procurement and construction of projects.
- Develops and executes project-specific dimensional control strategies, ensuring compliance with project and strategic key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Establishes and enforces company and project quality requirements and procedures, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Manages the production of quality assurance information, embedding standards across teams and projects.
- Provides leadership and management to teams or project teams, ensuring the necessary standards, structures, tools, capabilities, and responsibilities are in place for successful project delivery.
- Oversees technical aspects of projects, including innovations and technical advancements, and implements continuous improvement plans.
- Offers performance management, technical development, and coaching to team members or project teams.
- Manages and influences key stakeholders, fostering key internal and external working relationships.
- Collaborates towards achieving the common goal of transitioning to net zero carbon, taking proactive measures to identify and manage associated carbon emissions and reductions during project delivery.
Skills and Qualifications
- Holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Civil Engineering.
- Brings extensive experience in design program management, particularly in mixed-use projects.
- Demonstrates proficiency in overseeing complex design projects, ensuring efficient coordination and delivery.
- Possesses a deep understanding of civil engineering principles and practices, enabling effective management of multidisciplinary teams.
- Exhibits strong leadership skills, capable of providing guidance and direction to achieve project goals.
- Skilled in strategic planning and implementation, with a focus on meeting key performance indicators and quality standards.
