Assistant Manager Responsibilities
- Achieve collection targets for the assigned branch while meeting Performance Indicator (PI) targets.
- Ensure cost-effective collections within specified limits.
- Comply with legal guidelines for the entire collection process.
- Ensure collection agencies and executives adhere to legal guidelines.
- Uphold the Code of Conduct throughout the collection process.
- Monitor collection agencies and executives to prevent fraudulent practices and minimize losses.
