Business Finance Manager Responsibilities
- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
- Build a financial plan aligned with business objectives.
- Develop a step-by-step guide to achieving business targets.
- Lead the MEC process and present key highlights and analysis.
- Assist in preparing Long Range Business plans and scenarios.
- Analyze key business drivers and financial metrics.
- Provide value-added analysis and support to sales/finance management.
- Partner with finance/business teams to identify and track performance measures and key performance indicators.
- Influence business decisions with appropriate analysis and comments.
- Proactively review financial information, identify exceptions, and initiate action.
- Participate in revenue forecast calls and highlight results.
Requirements
- CA/MBA with 1–3 years of experience in Business Finance.
- Finance specialization such as Chartered Accountant, CFA, or similar degrees.
- Strong Communication/Presentation Skills.
- Ability to work effectively with peers, counterparts, and in a multi-location setup.
- Proficiency in Office Tools, specifically MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proactive and self-starter mentality.
- Strong team leadership skills with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving ability, exhibiting structured thinking, strong analytical skills, and process orientation.
