Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with operational, project, development, and product teams, as well as the Service Organization, to uphold agreed service levels for ongoing service delivery and support.
- Ensure adherence to the implementation process to deliver all operability aspects while maintaining or improving existing service levels.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in software configuration management for enterprise applications utilizing object-oriented and distributed Internet technologies
- Proficiency in software configuration management tools such as ADo and Github, as well as automated solutions like MSBuild, Ant, and Perl scripts
- Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing issues and removing obstacles in a timely manner
- Strong knowledge of Linux, Shell scripts, and scripting languages including Python, Perl, and Powershell
- Familiarity with Application servers (e.g., Websphere) and web servers (e.g., Tomcat)
- Responsible for executing day-to-day build and deploy requests from the Development or Release Management teams
- Collaborate with software development teams and other stakeholders to ensure their requirements are met and that services provided add value
- Research and implement innovative approaches to enhance the quality of software configuration management services
- Willingness to work in shifts as required
