Responsibilities
- Sell bank and third-party products to new customers.
- Engage in marketing activities and local travel to meet potential clients regularly.
- Contact existing customers to encourage more deposits and cross-selling of products.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets as assigned by the organization.
- Complete all mandatory certifications for the role (AMFI, EUIN, etc.).
- Participate in and complete all learning activities provided by the bank.
- Record daily customer interactions in the bank’s CRM system.
- Adhere to all compliance guidelines, both regulatory and legislative, for each activity.
- Participate in and support all initiatives undertaken by the bank as required.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Any Degree
- Experience: 0-6 months (Freshers welcome)
- Age: 25 years
- Skills Required: Strong communication and negotiation skills, adept in sales techniques, proficient in customer interaction.
