Responsibilities
- Conduct research to inform the design process and validate decisions.
- Interact with users to comprehend their pain points, needs, and aspirations, ensuring the delivery of effective solutions.
- Lead the product design cycle, including ideation, wireframing, prototyping, iteration, user validation, and feedback incorporation.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to develop user-centered designs and solutions.
- Generate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for digital products.
- Refine designs based on user feedback and analytics, employing critical thinking to justify design decisions.
- Maintain visual consistency in the product and adhere to brand guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of product design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Comfortable tackling ambiguous 0-1 problems.
- Adopts a “validate first, perfect later” approach.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving, UI, and UX design skills.
- Inquisitive and enthusiastic about understanding underlying mechanisms.
- Ability to effectively communicate ideas through writing and prototyping.
- Proficient in design tools like Figma, Framer, Adobe Suite, etc.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
