Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust processes to ensure delivery operations reliability
- Initiate and manage a referral program to attract new delivery partners
- Strategize methods to reactivate dormant partners
- Collaborate with ground teams to develop effective campaigns for attracting potential delivery partners
- Ensure smooth onboarding process and optimize performance of delivery partners
- Set up and drive review cadences between onboarding and delivery operations teams
- Participate in solutioning for critical zone/pod hirings
- Responsible for hiring Delivery Executives
- Manage onboarding & training SOP
- Implement lean and effective end-to-end solutions to meet business metrics
- Improve systems, processes, and policies in operations team to support management reporting and business metrics
- Manage team from hiring to career planning
- Assign targets and formulate incentive plans
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in bulk hiring
- Experience in managing blue-collar employees, particularly delivery executives, demonstrating understanding of the market dynamics (Value add)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Ability to meet daily, weekly, and long-term requirements and goals
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis
