Responsibilities
- Support stakeholders in the budgeting forecast process and outlooks.
- Prepare and analyse monthly operating expense reports.
- Conduct variance analysis on operating expenses.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all activities with ownership and accountability.
- Collaborate closely with HQ and global region teams for reviews, transition calls, and process documentation.
- Participate in evening calls for reviews and transition of activities.
- Perform additional ad hoc finance activities as required.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of relevant industry experience in finance FP&A activities.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel, with Macro (VBA) skills considered an advantage.
- Ability to focus on details, multitask, and deliver timely and high-quality outputs.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and enhance skills using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.
- Availability for evening calls for HQ reviews and transition calls on a regular basis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
