Executive Assistant Responsibilities
- Streamline executive efficiency with expert calendar and content management. Elevate information flow to executives, ensuring seamless coordination and optimal decision-making.
- Efficiently organise meetings, appointments, and oversee comprehensive travel arrangements, including visa processing. Streamline your schedule and travel plans with precision and ease.
- Coordinate corporate events and oversee the seamless organisation of staff and business meetings, including critical internal and external events. Ensure the success of key business gatherings with meticulous planning and execution.
- Navigate successful stakeholder relationships with strategic management. Foster positive collaborations and effective communication to achieve shared goals and drive organisational success.
- Adhere to a high standard of confidentiality, ensuring the safeguarding of sensitive information with utmost diligence and commitment.
- Elevate guest experiences through effective relationship management. Foster positive interactions, anticipate needs, and create memorable engagements to enhance overall guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, acting as a central liaison for employees, clients, and various stakeholders. Streamline communication channels to facilitate effective and efficient interactions.
- Facilitate seamless communication and support for Board meetings by acting as a dedicated liaison. Ensure smooth coordination and assistance to optimise the efficiency of Board proceedings.
Requirements
- Hold a degree, either Bachelor’s or Master’s, in any academic discipline.
- Proactively tackle challenges with strong problem solving abilities, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate effective management capabilities, showcasing adept multitasking skills.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills for effective communication and relationship building.
- Open to full-time employment based at the Delhi office location.
- Should possess skills and exhibit interests aligned with the requirements for a successful career in this role.
