About The Google STEP Internship Program

Google is launching a 2024 STEP internship program in India for under-represented groups studying Computer Science or related subjects. The program includes a development project with Googlers and other STEP Interns, technical talks by executive Googlers, matchmaking with a Google Engineer, and social activities.  Description for Google STEP Internship

Role	Intern
Location	Bangalore, Karnataka, Hyderabad, Telangana, Pune, Maharashtra
Internship Starting date	May 2024
Duration	10- 12 Weeks

Minimum qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program, majoring or intending to major in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Knowledge & Experience in one or more general purpose programming languages.
• Fluent English Communication.

Preferred qualifications

• Currently  enrolled full-time in a degree programme and intending to rejoin when the internship is over.
• excellent proficiency in Python, Java, and C++ programming.
• Ability to complete a full-time, 10-12 week internship between May and August 2024
