Business Analyst Responsibilities

• As a member of the Infosys consulting team, my primary role involves actively supporting the team across project phases, including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment.
• Your role requires exploring alternatives to recommended solutions through thorough research, encompassing literature surveys, publicly available information, vendor evaluations, etc. Additionally, you will be tasked with building proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate the viability of the identified alternatives.
• Your responsibility involves translating business needs into comprehensive requirement specifications, outlining future processes, and crafting detailed functional designs based on identified requirements.
• Your role encompasses configuring solution requirements on products, addressing issues by diagnosing root causes, seeking clarifications, and then identifying and shortlisting alternative solutions.
• You will actively participate in both unit-level and organisational initiatives, aiming to deliver high-quality and value-added solutions to customers.
• You will engage proactively in unit-level and organisational initiatives, striving to deliver solutions of high quality and value to our customers.

Additional Responsibilities

• Proficient in collaborating with clients to pinpoint business challenges, I contribute to client deliverables by refining, analysing, and structuring pertinent data.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends.
• Possess logical thinking and problem-solving skills, coupled with a collaborative mindset.
• Capable of evaluating existing processes, pinpointing improvement opportunities, and recommending technological solutions.
• Expertise in one or two industry domains.

Business Analyst Qualification

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, and Business Management, including qualifications such as Chartered Accountant.

Preferred Skills

• Core expertise in the Banking and Financial Services domain.
