MBA Finance Fresher Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee month-closing activities and critical performance reporting
• Manage group reporting work (MIS) within global timelines
• Monitor and approve all Payables and Receivables.
• Collaborate with GBSS & Site operations team for financial goals
• Control debtors and coordinate with legal team for bad debt closure
• Support annual business plan, budgets, and rolling forecasts
• Analyse capex & profitability of new products
• Track inventories and analyse non-moving/slow-moving items
• Drive internal and statutory audits, ensuring timely completion
• Implement internal guidelines/SOPs for better control
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners
• Assist in the implementation of finance transformation projects, focusing on Automation
