Test Engineer Responsibility:

  • Lead testing efforts for MCU, VCU, and BMS modules in electric vehicles.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for hardware modules.
  • Select appropriate test equipment and manage configurations.
  • Collaborate with vendors for effective communication.
  • Implement automated testing procedures for reliability and quality.
  • Identify and document hardware defects, collaborating with the development team.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of testing documentation.
  • Ensure projects meet time, cost, and quality targets.
  • Predict process cycle times to meet production requirements.
  • Conduct debug and analysis for PCBA and BoxBuild.
  • Demonstrate expertise in electric vehicle hardware testing.
  • Maintain a commitment to high-quality standards in a dynamic role.
  • Effectively communicate with vendors for seamless testing processes.

Test Engineer Skills:

  • Embedded Hardware Testing (Touch screen, BMS, Power distribution).
  • Test Automation, Fixture Design, and Gerber Understanding.
  • Test Planning, DFT, and EFMEA.
  • Proficient in LabVIEW and Microcontroller/DSP Architecture.
  • Wireless Protocols and Communication Testing (4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, RS232, etc.).
  • Measurement, Calibration, and Instrumentation Tools.

Qualifications:

  • B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Communication/Instrumentation.

Experience:

  • 5-7 years in ATE development for Hardware Modules (Automotive/IoT/Consumer Electronics).
