Account Specialist Job Responsibilities:
- For taking proactive measures to identify fraudulent charges by monitoring both incoming and outgoing calls.
- Handle incoming calls from Cardholders and effectively manage fraud cases directly during the call.
- Review fraud claims from Card Members and determine the approval or denial of the claim.
- Detects and mitigate fraud and credit risks while enabling spending. Real-time credit and fraud risk assessments are conducted for requests made by retailers or our card members.
- Requests for reversing charges and obtaining Point of Sale (POS) authorization from merchant establishments.
- Resolve cases within the designated empowerment limit.
- Monitor evolving trends in the fraud landscape and suggest proactive measures and solutions to address and prevent potential issues.
- Strive to surpass benchmarks in real-time fraud (RTF), productivity, compliance, transactional quality, and regulatory adherence in alignment with set objectives.

- Excellent skills in communication, attentive listening, and interpersonal interactions.
