Activation Officer Responsibilities
- Comprehend customer needs and instruct them on utilizing the Cash Management Platform.
- Engage with current CMS clients to grasp the technical specifications for integrating TBG products and services into their systems.
- Assist customers in Consumer & Commercial Banking with inquiries related to modifications and services.
- Assist channels in delivering system demonstrations to both current and potential clients.
- Supervise, encourage, and guarantee the efficiency of various activation channels.
- Collaborate with the Implementation team, setup team, and operations to ensure timely customer service in accordance with agreed-upon Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Comprehend customers’ unique MIS requirements and coordinate the delivery of reports accordingly.
- Compile MIS and conduct analysis for the assigned customer portfolio.
- Enhance product adoption and address customer feedback.
Requirements
- Industry: Banking/Finance
- Communication Skills: Proficient in written and oral communication
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office and MIS Tools
- Experience: Either a fresher or with 1 year of post-degree experience in CMS Product, Implementation, Branch Banking, or Operations.
