Relationship Manager Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Optimal Service Level Adherence:
    • Guarantee 100% adherence to business processes to maintain service level agreements effectively.
  • Enhance Collection Efficiency:
    • Improve collection efficiency within specified periods (0-60 days, 60-90 days) to bolster financial operations.
  • Maximize Revenue Enhancement:
    • Implement strategies for revenue enhancement, focusing on churn control and upselling opportunities.
  • Manage Corporate Product Lifecycle:
    • Oversee and upsell both existing and new Airtel products/services to corporate clients through lifecycle management, coordinating with partner teams.
  • Maintain Account Relationships:
    • Develop and maintain an account relationship index, including parameters such as visit adherence, account dossier management, complaint resolution per customer, self-care adoption, and e-bill adoption.
  • Optimize Payment Processes:
    • Reduce suspense accounts by efficiently posting payments and managing virtual accounts.
  • Track Corporate Revenue Performance:
    • Monitor and analyse the performance of different products/services in corporate revenue streams.
  • Drive Virtualization Initiatives:
    • Promote virtualization initiatives through platforms like PFH (Paper-Free Home), self-care systems, and paperless billing media to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.

Skills Required:

  • Proficient Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and derive meaningful insights.
  • Advanced Excel and Financial Modelling Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and financial modelling techniques.
  • Strong Process Orientation: Commitment to following established processes and procedures.
  • Effective Communication: Clear and concise communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
  • Results-Driven: Orientation towards achieving objectives and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Exceptional Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively in various situations.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, MBA, or Business Administration with a focus on Marketing or Operations.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-7 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
