Analyst Job Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and courteously to all incoming help requests from clients via telephone and/or email.
- Thoroughly document end user identification information, including name, department, contact details, and the nature of the problem or issue.
- Keep the RAVE system updated with availability information to enhance overall process productivity.
- Record, track, and document all queries, including the steps taken for problem-solving and the outcomes, whether successful or unsuccessful.
- Adhere to standard processes and procedures to effectively resolve client questions within the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) outlined in the contract.
- Utilise internal knowledge bases, resources, and frequently asked questions to aid in providing efficient problem resolution to clients.
- Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of relevant product details to facilitate effective client interaction and troubleshooting.
- Document and analyse call logs to identify recurring trends for proactive resolution of future problems.
- Regularly update and maintain self-help documents for customers, aiming to expedite resolution times.
- Identify red flags and escalate serious client issues to the appropriate leader in cases of untimely resolution.
- Ensure that all necessary product information and disclosures are provided to clients both before and after the resolution of the call/email requests.
- Comply with service agreements to mitigate legal challenges and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
- Deliver excellent customer service through effective diagnosis and troubleshooting of client queries
- Analyst has to Analyse and diagnose client issues.
- Guide users through step-by-step solutions.
- Help clients navigate menus and understand features.
- Resolve queries courteously and professionally.
- Log and record customer queries as per guidelines.
- Effectively communicate oral messages in various situations.
- Schedule callbacks for feedback and ensure compliance.
- Process calls and emails using designated software.
- Offer alternatives to retain customer business.
- Maintain a high level of courtesy and professionalism.
