- Empowering and Collaborating with a High-Performing Team
- Boost market share through frontline sales prowess.
- Drive finance scheme sales within and outside the dealership, meeting targets through the frontline sales team.
- Enhance dealer relationships through frontline sales team for sustained improvement.
- Address and resolve escalated concerns from frontline sales and dealers efficiently.
- Expand customer base through ADC/Rural channels.
- Strategize and implement market intelligence activities, plan and execute lead generation/sourcing initiatives.
- Supervise executive team for compliance and policy adherence, conduct regular network visits, and oversee DCC portfolio management.
Responsibilities
- Handle FEMI/NS collection for bounced cases and non-starters (DCC/NDCC) efficiently.
- Effectively address and resolve customer concerns.
- Collaborate with the training team to enhance frontline sales team efficiency.
- Conduct interviews, select DMAs/CSMs, and recommend candidates to RM & HO for approval.
- Analyze diverse reports and implement corrective actions with the dealership and frontline sales team.
- Enhance and optimize the productivity of the frontline sales team.
- Manage Post-Disbursal Documentation (PDD) responsibilities, including RC details and related documents.
- Provide daily/weekly updates to RMs on Targets vs Achieved and escalate any issues for their attention.
