Assistant Manager Job Responsibilities
- Monitor AML/KYC developments in NBFC/Banks/Payments sectors for proactive management of potential risks.
- Develop AML rules, handle closure of alerts, file STRs, and track FIU alerts.
- Perform Compliance Testing, Compliance reviews, and assessments.
- Draft, review, finalize, and implement various Policies, establishing processes for NBFC compliance monitoring.
- Liaise with RBI and other regulators, managing submissions of filings, data, and other requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare management updates on regulatory changes impacting the company.
- Ensure disclosures on Financials, Website, and Notice board comply with regulatory requirements.
Assistant Manager Job Requirements
- Hold a degree in Commerce, with qualifications such as CA, CS, or a Law graduate.
- Possess knowledge of Audits and Statutory compliances, demonstrating a strong understanding of current regulations impacting NBFC/Payment companies.
- Exhibit effective communication skills essential for interacting with functional heads and other stakeholders.
- Emphasize a process-focused approach and adherence to best standards of functioning.
- Showcase a detail-oriented and deadline-driven work style.
- Accumulate 2-5 years of experience in NBFC/Payments Compliance and Audit, preferably within companies offering digital products.
