Operations Analyst Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of new client onboarding processes for both corporate and personal clients, ensuring seamless transitions and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular reviews of existing client accounts to ensure continued satisfaction and adherence to internal standards.
- Ensure error-free processing by implementing robust quality control measures and providing ongoing training and support to team members.
- Manage relationships with relationship managers (RMs) and stakeholders, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
- Experience in addressing process updates, particularly in Client Due Diligence (CDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with Front Office, Relationship Managers (RMs), and clients.
- Reporting directly to the KYC Manager.
- Proficiency in conducting CDD for new clients and performing KYC checks on existing accounts, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline CDD and KYC processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Prior experience in Client Due Diligence (CDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes within the financial services industry.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant software applications.
Skill Requirements
- Proficiency in CDD/KYC/AML Knowledge or corporate experience with policies related to sanctions.
- Completion of a bachelor’s degree in a regular course.
- 0-3 years of experience in the KYC/TM/CDD process or any corporate experience.
- Flexibility to work various shifts.
- Any AML stream related experience or Knowledge, preferably CDD (Client Onboarding) or its knowledge.
- Experience in daily phone interactions with Front Office and RM teams, or similar streams.
