Business System Analyst Responsibilities
- Architect solutions for streamlined processes and enhanced functionality within SAP Vistex and SAP SD platforms.
- Leverage your expertise in SAP Vistex systems implementation to facilitate a seamless end-to-end process for customer Offer to Settlement and Release.
- Collaborate with Order to Cash stakeholders to assess requirements, devise solutions, conduct validation testing on builds, and orchestrate the production release process.
- Improve internal Rebates processes to align with user capabilities and meet the financial and control requirements of the organization.
- Create and upkeep use cases, process diagrams, and user functional flows.
- Generate, assess, and update a comprehensive project plan, as well as detailed functional and technical design documents for specific functional areas.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in SAP Vistex and SAP SD configuration, design, and delivery.
- Extensive experience in SAP Vistex and SAP SD configuration, with a preference for ABAP knowledge and Integration IDoc/EDI experience.
- Holds a Master’s degree or possesses equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business.
- Over 5 years of hands-on implementation experience within SAP Vistex and SAP SD.
- Specialized in Rebates Management with a deep understanding.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are a prerequisite.
- Background in large-scale, multi-system integrations.
- Proficient in order types, pricing, delivery processing, shipments, customer returns, and billing within the SAP ecosystem.
