Counselor Job Role

• Ensuring healthcare professionals (HCPs) possess comprehensive knowledge about procedures and products is essential.
• Support technology outreach and adoption objectives within this sector by implementing training initiatives covering designated product ranges.
• Ensure the satisfaction of both internal and external customers while actively contributing to the growth of the designated category.
• Promote the preference for JJSV brands by educating and training individuals.
• Establish and monitor opportunities for members within the internal team.
• Develop and execute in-house training plans tailored to meet customer requirements.
• Foster a positive customer relationship with the aim of enhancing category outcomes through assessment, constructive critique, and training.
• Engage and empower through direct meetings and interactions with surgeons, administrators, and influential decision-makers.
• Enhance sales endeavors in the designated territory through the implementation of training activities.

Counselor Job Experience

• Possess a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in roles such as trainer, counselor, optometrist, or within the sales domain, with a comprehensive understanding of managed care.
• Preference will be given to Optometrists with a background in delivering training sessions.
• Desirable qualifications include proficiency in English and Hindi, along with knowledge of the local language.
• Must be at ease conducting training programs in a hybrid model, encompassing both virtual and in-person sessions.

Education

• A bachelor’s degree in Science, Commerce, Optometry, or Engineering (specializing in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation) is a mandatory requirement.
• Possessing a master’s degree or MBA would enhance one’s qualifications and provide an extra edge.
