Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive field operations support.
- Manage projects end-to-end.
- Coordinate with Executive Interviewers, EI managers, sector teams, and consultants.
- Facilitate EI registrations, onboarding, and conduct training on internal tools.
- Develop materials (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PDFs) to support field operations.
- Create and disseminate deliverables, including data quality checks.
- Ensure data quality through comprehensive checks, including audio file quality control.
- Generate field status reports and tailored metrics.
- Oversee invoicing process for all Fielding projects (facilities).
- Address inquiries from stakeholders, EIs, and consultants.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in market research, project management, or similar operational roles.
- Preferred: MBA.
- Basic understanding of financial products.
- Proficient in primary research methodologies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative team player.
- Ability to independently engage with international stakeholders.
- Proficiency in problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, Vlookup, and basic macros.
- Experience in market research and operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in data handling.
- Stakeholder management skills.
