Data Reporting Analyst Responsibilities
- Articulate the purpose of analysis, outlining key business questions to address.

- Select appropriate visualization and analytics tools for effective presentation.
- Determine relevant data and sources for analysis.

- Collaborate with other data and analytics teams to optimize and refine the analysis.

- Present actionable information derived from analysis to senior leadership.
- Clearly communicate results in a manner conducive to decision-making.
- Advocate for and facilitate a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Provide guidance and support to encourage the adoption of analytical insights in decision processes.
Data Reporting Analyst Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field; or showcase equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 1+ years of proven work experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Showcase understanding of SQL, database structures, and proficiency in statistical software.
- Exhibit expertise in using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and numerical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Showcase the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into easily understandable results.
- Highlight strong communication and presentation skills, emphasizing the ability to convey complex data to non-technical audiences effectively.
- Exhibit the capability to work independently on tasks.
- Demonstrate proficiency in collaborating as part of a team.
