Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch support to clients, distributors, and internal staff via phone, email, and web chats.
- Focus on industry, content, and product consulting.
- Support a diverse client base spanning Investment Banking, Private Equity, Investment Management, Financial Corporate, and Non-Financial Corporate segments.
- Strive to positively influence client perception of the Market Intelligence division.
- Contribute to onboarding and mentorship programs by sharing expertise in best practices and comprehensive product knowledge.
- Conduct engaging product demos and webcasts for clients to showcase features and benefits.
- Contribute to building and refining our Knowledge Base for both internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring comprehensive and accessible information.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- Demonstrated strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Strong communication skills for effective client issue resolution and promotion of SPGMI product usage.
- Proficient in problem-solving, time management, and organisational skills.
- Possess strong financial knowledge or understanding of the global economy.
