Responsibilities
- Efficiently generate Purchase Orders (POs) from start to finish leveraging expertise in Procure to Pay (P2P) procedures.
- Seamlessly execute Sales Orders (SOs) end-to-end, utilizing deep understanding of Order to Cash (O2C) processes.
- Timely manage and fulfill internal client requests with precision and efficacy.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products, services, and operational workflows.
- Foster productive relationships with diverse stakeholders to facilitate smooth collaboration.
- Provide assistance to teams by addressing program needs, affiliate requests, and other assigned tasks promptly.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce required, with 1 to 2 years of experience in either Procure to Pay (P2P) or Order to Cash (O2C) processes.
- Proficiency in SAP is essential.
- Flexibility to work varied shift timings with a customer-centric approach.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership capabilities.
- Proficient in using the MS Office Suite.
