Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient data operations in Python/PowerBI for reporting and control processes.
- Identify automation opportunities within existing processes and reports.
- Develop automation and visualization tools for reporting and communicating achieved results.
- Clearly and confidently communicate solutions, methodologies, and frameworks to both technical and non-technical team members and partners.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of business operations experience, specializing in operational controls, compliance, and risk functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline, with a preference for higher degree qualifications.
- Strong finance and accounting knowledge, coupled with excellent Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Detailed, conscientious, and highly responsible team player.
- Specialization in Accounting Data Analytics with a focus on accounting principles, financial statements, and revenue recognition concepts.
- Experience or qualifications in business improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with process automation tools, including RPA tools like Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, and Microsoft Power Automate.
- Skills in data analysis and proficiency in languages/platforms such as PowerQuery, DAX, and PowerApps.
- Experience using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or similar platforms for creating dashboards and reports.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
