Responsibilities
- Lead strategic problem-solving initiatives and collaborate across functions to drive impactful results for key markets, customers, and stakeholders, ensuring excellent client experiences.
- Enhance the effectiveness of complex multi-quarter projects by proposing innovative ideas, leading project planning and execution, and serving as the subject matter expert in the region/business model.
- Develop advanced frameworks and customer solutions, working closely with clients to build long-term trust and value, and scale these solutions across different businesses and markets.
- Drive decision-making and thought leadership within sales teams to enable business growth through systematic interventions, ensuring sustainable growth of the client portfolio.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to the team, acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, and driving critical business discipline activities such as Workflow, Pipeline, Vendor Utilization, Product Activation, and People Pillars.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing, sales, and leadership in multi-functional project management with a focus on customer impact.
- Proficiency in implementing, optimizing, and managing digital advertising campaigns, as well as handling complex, transformative solutions with clients.
- Experience managing Insights, Analytics, clients, or consulting-oriented projects, driving customer success across diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated expertise in cross-functional and multi-layered stakeholder project management, delivering complex business outcomes and customer solutions through collaboration.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous and complex situations, understanding and addressing client needs effectively.
