Growth Manager Responsibilities
- Take charge of achieving revenue and retention targets for designated user segments. Develop and implement growth campaigns on the app to successfully meet these business goals.
- Oversee retention, revenue, and upgrade metrics for specific user segments.
- Enhance conversion through offers and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance new user acquisition.
- Plan, execute, and measure growth experiments and conversion tests.
- Analyze key performance metrics for driving business results.
- Manage internal resources to monitor and report on KPIs against targets.
- Identify data trends, optimize spending, and maximize ROI.
- Implement CRM tools for creating life cycle journeys.
- Collaborate with Data and Product teams to improve app design and usability.
- Optimize content and customer experience for improved app performance.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in Internet/E-commerce.
- Gaming environment expertise (optional but beneficial).
- Hands-on experience managing communications on push/in-app/SMS channels.
- Proficient in creating content/copy for communication channels.
- Hands-on experience with CleverTap or similar platforms for custom reporting, experiments, goals, and filters.
- Comfortable working with data and making data-driven decisions.
- Ability to derive insights from data.
- Experience managing Customer Lifecycle in an app-based business.
